一、比赛概览 | Competition Overview

基本信息 | Basic Info

  • 比赛名称：第一届成都国际单簧管比赛
  • 英文名称：The 1st Chengdu International Clarinet Competition
  • 举办时间：2026年8月26日-29日（正式比赛）
  • 举办地点：成都交响乐团音乐厅（四川省成都市金牛区北星大道一段1500号）
  • 赛事性质：国际级单簧管专业赛事

赛事宗旨 | Purpose

搭建国际单簧管演奏家交流平台，发掘优秀青年音乐人才，推动单簧管艺术的全球化传播与中国本土作品的推广，促进中外音乐文化融合。

二、报名须知 | Registration Guidelines  
2.1 报名条件 | Eligibility

面向所有1990年1月1日后出生的单簧管演奏家开放，不限国籍（All clarinetists born after January 1, 1990, regardless of nationality, are eligible to apply）。

正式比赛选手需在2026年8月25日前抵达成都交响乐团音乐厅完成现场签到（Contestants must complete on-site check-in at Chengdu Symphony Orchestra Concert Hall before August 25, 2026）。

2.2 预选赛材料 | Preliminary Round Materials

选手需提交以下材料（Contestants must submit the following materials）：

  • 报名表（Registration form);
  • 护照或身份证件首页扫描件 (Scanned copy of passport or ID card homepage)
  • 个人简介（≤400字）：含学习经历、就读院校、导师信息、重要演出/获奖经历等 (Personal resume (≤400 words), including educational background, institution, mentor, key performances/awards)；
  • 近期个人照片 (≤10MB，清晰正面照）（Recent personal photo (≤10MB, clear front-facing))；
  • 预选赛报名费缴纳证明 (Proof of preliminary round registration fee payment)；
  • 预选赛视频 (通过百度网盘链接提交，Video for preliminary round, submitted via WeTransfer link);
  • 请添加组委会微信 <13981308608> 获取报名表并完成后续报名  (Please add the WeChat of the organizing committee to get the registration form and complete the subsequent registration.）

2.3 报名费 | Registration Fees

2.4 交通与住宿 | Transportation & Accommodation

  • 组委会仅提供交通与住宿建议，具体费用由选手自行承担（The organizing committee only provides transportation and accommodation suggestions; contestants bear all related costs）；
  • 国际选手需自行购买在中国逗留期间的人身健康保险（International contestants must purchase personal health insurance during their stay in China）；
  • 比赛期间，选手需对自身生命安全及个人财物安全负全部责任（Contestants are fully responsible for their personal safety and property security during the competition）。

预选赛规则 | Preliminary Round Rules

  • 选拔最多48名正式比赛候选人（预选赛评审团由国际单簧管演奏家及教育家组成）；
  • 若前48名候选人退出，由预选赛第49-60名选手依次递补；
  • 视频要求：需清晰显示选手全身（含手部、脸部），无剪辑/编辑，室内录制。

预选赛豁免 | Preliminary Round Exemption

  • 曾经入围过以下国际单簧管比赛决赛的选手，可以将艺术简历发送至组委会申请预选赛豁免资格，直接参加正式比赛。
  • （至多8席，资格由评委会主席和组委会共同商议后决定。豁免权申请的截止日期为2025年11月1日。）

  • Lisbon International Clarinet Competition
  • Mercadante International Clarinet Competition
  • Culj International Clarinet Competition
  • Jacques Lancelot International Clarinet Competition, etc…

正式比赛规则 | Final Round Rules

  • 正式比赛分三轮：初赛 → 半决赛 → 决赛，每轮入围选手需参加下一轮，无递补；
  • 所有比赛免费向公众开放（All competitions are open to the public for free）；
  • 每轮比赛结束后公布结果，评委会决议为最终决定，不可更改（Results announced after each round; jury decisions are final and unchangeable）。

六、评委会与伴奏 | Jury & Piano Accompaniment

评委会 | Jury Panel

  • 由国际知名单簧管演奏家及专业音乐教育家组成（Composed of internationally renowned clarinetists and professional music educators）；
  • 评委会决议为最终决定，不接受异议（Jury decisions are final and no appeals will be accepted）；

钢琴伴奏 | Piano Accompaniment

  • 组委会将无偿提供官方钢琴伴奏家（The competition committee provides official piano accompanists without charge）；
  • 排练时间：初赛15分钟，半决赛/决赛各30分钟（Rehearsal time: 15 mins for First Round, 30 mins for Semi-Final/Final）；
  • 选手可自带钢琴伴奏家，需提前告知组委会（Contestants may bring their own accompanists, with prior notice to the organizing committee）。

七、隐私与争议 | Privacy & Disputes

隐私政策 | Privacy Policy

  • 选手个人信息仅用于本次比赛，由组委会统一管理（Contestants’ personal information is only used for this competition and managed by the organizing committee）；
  • 未经选手授权，组委会不向任何第三方机构/组织泄露个人数据（No personal data will be disclosed to third parties without the contestant’s authorization）；
  • 选手可随时申请查看、更正或删除个人信息（Contestants may request to view, correct, or delete their personal information at any time）；
  • 入围正式比赛选手的照片及个人履历将发布于比赛官方网站（Photos and resumes of final round qualifiers will be published on the official competition website）。

争议处理 | Dispute Resolution

  • 仅接受符合中国相关法律法规的争议诉求（Only disputes that comply with China’s relevant laws and regulations will be accepted）；
  • 比赛期间的录音权归组委会所有，选手需自愿放弃相关权利（The organizing committee retains the recording rights during the competition; contestants must voluntarily waive relevant rights）；
  • 完成报名即视为选手完全接受本次比赛的所有规则与条例（Completing registration means the contestant fully accepts all rules and regulations of this competition）。
