Yue Zhang

Collaborative Pianist, Piano Art Instructor at the Orchestral Music Department of the Sichuan Conservatory of Music, Standing Director of the Sichuan Piano Art Instruction Society, and recipient of the Best Piano Art Guidance Award at the 11th China National Arts Award – Wenhua Prize for National Violin Competition.
Graduated from the Piano Department of the Sichuan Conservatory of Music in 2008 and was retained as a faculty member at the Orchestral Music Department for her outstanding performance, specializing in piano art instruction. Since then, she has participated in hundreds of concerts, performing in major cities and regions including the Czech Republic, Singapore, South Korea, Hong Kong (China), and Macau (China). She has delivered acclaimed performances in collaborations with renowned artists such as Hungarian flutist Gergely Ittzés, flutists Ma Yong, Ni Yizhen, Jin Ta, Chen Sanqing, and Zhu Ji, clarinetists Florent Héau, Wang Tao, and Sun Zhen, as well as violinists Ning Feng, Chen Xiang, Li Kaixiang, Huang Bin, Chen Xi, and Li Pei.
Additionally, as a soloist, she has been highly praised in performances with the Henan Symphony Orchestra, Sichuan Philharmonic Orchestra, and Chengdu City Concert Hall Symphony Orchestra under the baton of distinguished conductors including Jiang Jinyi, Cheng Hao, Zhu Qiyuan, and Hu Xingyu.
From 2008 to the present, she has been appointed as the designated piano art instructor for Sichuan Conservatory of Music in the national finals of the China National Arts Award (Wenhua Prize) and the Golden Bell Award. She has also served as the designated piano art instructor for the Sichuan Horn Art Week and Sichuan Oboe Art Week. In 2015, she won the Best Piano Art Guidance Award at the National Violin Competition of the China National Arts Award. From 2014 to 2016, she was the designated art instructor and recipient of the Best Art Guidance Award at the Guangya Chengdu International Violin Competition. In 2016, 2018, 2021, 2023, and 2025, she was invited five times as the guest piano art instructor for the International Flute Art Week organized by the College of Music at Northwest Minzu University. In 2021, 2023, and 2025, she was invited as the designated piano art instructor and won the Best Piano Art Guidance Award at the Buffet Cup National Clarinet Competition finals.
