Beatrice Anna Aragona is an Italian clarinetist who plays the French system. She has received rigorous musical education and holds a Bachelor Diploma with a perfect score of 110/110 from the Conservatory of Milan “G. Verdi” in Italy, where she studied under Laura Magistrelli. She further pursued master’s studies at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam in the Netherlands with Olivier Patey, and in September 2025, she began her Master’s in Orchestre studies at HEMU (Haute École de Musique de Lausanne) in Switzerland, studying under Florent Héau. She also completed various advanced courses and preparatory studies at renowned institutions in Italy.

Beatrice Anna Aragona has rich orchestral experience spanning many years. From 2025 to 2026, she serves as an Academist at the ROTTERDAMS PHILHARMONISCH ORKEST in the Netherlands. In 2025, she played first and second clarinet in the VERBIER FESTIVAL ORCHESTRA in Switzerland. She has also been on the reserve list of prestigious orchestras such as TEATRO ALLA SCALA (ACADEMY) in Italy, NJO in the Netherlands, and SCHLESWIG-HOLSTEIN MUSIKFESTIVAL in Germany. Additionally, she has worked as a substitute clarinetist and solo clarinetist in multiple orchestras in Italy and the Netherlands.

Beatrice Anna Aragona has achieved remarkable results in competitions and received important scholarships. She won the 1st prize in the Senior Soloist category at the International Clarinet Competition “Saverio Mercadante” in Italy in 2025, and was awarded the “Willem Mengelberg Fonds” scholarship from the Concertgebouworkest foundation in the Netherlands in 2024. She has also participated in numerous masterclasses and courses with world-renowned clarinetists. She is a native Italian speaker and fluent in English and French.
