Shou Erqi began learning the clarinet at the age of 8 under the guidance of Teacher Sun Zhen from the Orchestral Department of Sichuan Conservatory of Music, and is currently a second-year junior high school student at the Affiliated Art Middle School of Sichuan Conservatory of Music. During her studies, she has participated in concerts in many countries and regions, including the Netherlands, Italy, France, Belgium, as well as Chengdu, Shenzhen, Chongqing, Xichang and other cities in China, accumulating rich performance experience.

Shou Erqi has performed excellently in the clarinet field and won many important competition honors. In January 2026, she won the first place in the Senior Group (15-18 Years Old) of the Ghent International Youth Clarinet Competition; in June 2025, she won the first place in the 1st Concerto Competition of “Sichuan Conservatory of Music Cup”; in October 2024, she obtained the third prize in the Junior Group of the International Clarinet Competition “Saverio Mercadante” in Italy, becoming the youngest winner in the history of the competition; in December 2023, she won the first place in the Under 12 Group of the Tilburg International Youth Clarinet Competition in the Netherlands.
