Geukchan Lee, Clarinetist. Born in South Korea in 2004, clarinetist Geukchan Lee began studying music at the age of ten. After completing his studies at the Korea National University of Arts under Prof. Jerry Jae-il Chae, he moved to Switzerland to continue his studies at the Haute École de Musique in Lausanne, where he is currently pursuing a Master’s degree with Prof. Pascal Moraguès.

Geukchan Lee has received prizes at the Cluj International Music Competition and the International Clarinet Competition “Saverio Mercadante”. As a soloist, he has performed with major Korean orchestras including the Suwon, Cheongju, and Busan Philharmonic Orchestras.

For the 2025/26 season, he is an intern with the Musikkollegium Winterthur in Switzerland.
