Chen Yanrung is a clarinetist. She started her professional music studies at the Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music in Singapore, studying under Professor Ma Yue and receiving a full scholarship. During her undergraduate studies, she focused on solo and chamber music performances, developing a solid technical foundation and keen musical collaboration skills.

During her studies at school, she won a competition and performed Mozart’s Sinfonia in collaboration with an orchestra, accumulating valuable solo stage experience. Through continuous performance practice and ensemble training, she has cultivated delicate musical expression and distinct artistic expressiveness.

Currently, she is pursuing a master’s degree in clarinet performance at the Zurich University of the Arts (ZHdK), continuously expanding her performance repertoire and deepening her personal artistic interpretation.
